Yuheng Heavy Carbon Materials specializes in graphite electrodes and metallurgical carbon materials. Backed by more than 16 years of industry experience, we serve steelmaking, foundry, ferroalloy and other high-temperature metallurgical applications.
Graphite electrodes are our core product. The range includes UHP, HP and RP grades, together with precision-machined electrode nipples. GPC, CPC and metallurgical recarburizers are supplied as supporting carbon materials for melting and carbon adjustment.
Quality control covers raw material selection, process control, physical and chemical testing, dimensional inspection and final release. Key tests include electrical resistivity, bulk density, flexural strength, elastic modulus, coefficient of thermal expansion and ash content.
Grades, diameters, lengths, nipple threads and export packing can be matched to furnace data and order requirements. We aim to build long-term cooperation through stable supply, clear technical communication and responsive service.
