Quality system
Control starts before production.
Our quality system covers raw material selection, process parameters, physical and chemical testing, dimensional inspection and final release. Results are recorded by batch to support consistent supply and traceability.
Testing plans are matched to each product. Graphite electrodes are checked for electrical and mechanical properties, while carbon additives are analyzed for fixed carbon, sulfur, ash, volatile matter, moisture and particle size.
